Hong Kong Shipping:
Free Shipping for orders over HKD $500
Free shipping to:
Macao SAR, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia for orders over HKD $2,000
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Customer can enter the specific SF station to pick up their parcel at check-out stage, or we will pick the closest SF station locates near customer's shipping address and then notify through email afterwards.

- ONLY for the regular priced item and Exchange ONLY Once.
- Products have not been worn, clean and with all tags and packaging (if applicable) intact.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a return.
- Fill out return details or attach photos, point out the product problems.
- Our customer service representative (within 2-3 business days typically) will follow up to verify the return request.
- Upon your return request is accepted, please mail the item(s) to us according to the instructions emailed to you by our customer service representative.
- Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected,
we will send you an email to confirm and a refund will be processed accordingly.
Unless the refund, return or exchange is due to our error or defective products, customers need to responsible for any shipping and/or handling costs.
