Shipping Policy

Ta-Da! supports local and international orders, but conditions vary. Please refer to the respective sections below.


International Shipping

Free shipping on orders over HKD $800. There is a minimum charge of USD $10 to ship orders under HKD $800, and this charge is dependent on the weight of your order.

Please note that: heavy items might require extra charges.

  1. Ships to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Airport, Ma Wan. Orders to outlying islands or other areas on Lantau Island can be catered to by Hong Kong Post, but will incur a surcharge.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 72 hours.
  3. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
  4. Customer can enter the specific SF station to pick up their parcel at check-out stage, or we will pick the closest SF station locates near customer's shipping address and then notify through email afterwards.


Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return policy is only valid within 7 days after purchase. Please note that sales items, swimwear, food and care products cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. Two ways to return/exchange:

In-Store Return / Exchanges 

Simply drop by with your item(s) and invoice, and we can verify and proceed the return or exchange for you.

Online Return

  1. Log onto your TaDa! Account and click “view” next to the certain order.
  2. Simply click on the “Return” button on the purchased product
  3. Fill out return details.
  4. Our customer service representative (within 1-2 business days typically) will follow up to verify the return request.
  5. Mail the items to Ta-Da!: U02, level 7, blk 3, Camalpaint building, Hong Kong
  6. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm and a refund will be processed accordingly.

Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to our error or defective products, customers are responsible for any shipping and/or handling costs.
